Jocelyn Kung, Founder of The Kung Group

In her 25 years at the helm of The Kung Group (TKG), Jocelyn has empowered many of the globe’s top business leaders, enabling them to motivate their workforce to new pinnacles of business and personal success. TKG’s systematic methodology maximizes human effectiveness and eradicates performance roadblocks -- resulting in healthy companies with significant, measurable, and lasting growth. Jocelyn's engaging style, penetrating focus, and ability to uncover natural talent in leaders have resulted in countless transformations.

Jocelyn gave TKG its start as a contract Faculty Member at Oracle University, where she designed and taught management courses. She consulted at Cisco, organizing one of their first leadership forums for the top 100 managers entitled, Transitioning to 1 Billion. Jocelyn also held executive positions as VP of Human Resources for Esprit de Corp and Sam and Libby, Inc. She was a Faculty Member for Management Center Europe, training hundreds of executives on leadership skills and before that, she consulted at the Tarkenton Productivity Group, implementing large-scale change programs for major manufacturers including: Continental Can; James River Paper; and Honeywell. Additionally, Jocelyn served as Training Director of Fireman’s Fund Insurance Companies, implementing Quality Improvement Programs across the U.S.  

Jocelyn discovered her passion and innate gift for teaching leadership over 30 years ago, when she attended management training classes while employed as a buyer and manager with Macy’s California. She holds a B. S. in Business Administration from University of San Francisco and a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
