Good day. Many startups that pay for pricey real-estate and leases in Silicon Valley and New York are reconsidering their future relationship with the office, according to a survey of over 500 venture-backed founders conducted in mid-May by consulting firm the Kung Group.
About 66% of these founders said they’re considering downsizing or ditching their office altogether as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. Meanwhile, 60% said working from home has had no impact on productivity, while 24% said it has decreased.
